Wine characteristics and description
The colour is deep, ruby. The scent is highlighted, varied and surprisingly youthful. We can find fresh, suitable notes on red fruits and black pepper, which are intertwined with dramatic notes of dark red fruits, a trace of tar and juniper. In mouth, the wine is dry, with lively acids. It is a really spicy wine, drinkable today, but gets even better with time.
Ageing potential: Currently in excellent shape, close to the peak. Recommended to drink by 2020.
Food pairing: It fits with pepper steak, meat dishes, pasta with prosciutto or grilled penny buns.
Alcohol content: 14,0 % vol.
