Wine characteristics and description
Cabernet Franc is of ruby red colour with slight purple shades. Its smell will remind you of red fruits and undergrowth. It has a fresh and full flavour.
Maturation of wine: 10 months in used oak barrels.
Food pairing: Cabernet Franc goes well with beef goulash, home-made sausages, pork, young cheese.
Alcohol content: 13,50 % vol.
