Wine characteristics and description

Gentle golden yellow colour with some golden shades. The smell is medium-emphasized. It shows vibrancy, freshness. We find continental fruit such as yellow apples, which are intertwined with slight oily and woody notes. Dry, with expressed acids, fuller body and slightly creamy texture. The expression in the mouth is fuller, more robust and slightly salty. Hint: let it breathe, so that it can express even fruitier and a solid mineral core.

Ageing potential: It is currently in excellent shape, close to the peak. It is recommended to be consumed by 2022.

Food pairing: Medium-rich dishes such as chicken rolls, pasta with pork, white grilled fish, brill.

Alcohol content: 13,50 % vol.
